There is still so much snow here in Luxembourg and the roads are slippery. Sons number 1 and 2 left for Germany together on Sunday afternoon to do some Christmas shopping and sleep in the student flat, but they came back after an hour or so, it was just too dangerous. They left again yesterday morning, but my husband called them every half hour for an update on the weather conditions.
I had to leave the house by car this morning to bring my daughter to dancing class. The half hour drive to Luxembourg city turned out to be more adventurous than I had hoped for ... my car got stuck in the snow twice and I had to ask two nice gentlemen to dig it out!
