I bought this chest of drawers years ago with the money my father gave me after my grandmother died.
I still love it, but it was full of stains and in an
overall terrible state.
We wanted to try Annie Sloan chalk paint,
but there is no stockist in Luxembourg.
We were lucky enough to find one in Aachen
where the boys study, so my oldest brought
it with him last time he came home for a
couple of days.
We have chosen the color "graphite" and
it looks great so far. We are not sure
if we need a second coat of paint
before we apply the wax. We'll see
when the paint is completely dry.
