Although we received the worst possible news
imaginable on my father's condition,
I try to make Christmas time a happy couple
of weeks for the kids.
They know that their grandfather is ill,
but they don't know how serious it is.
And so we bought some Christmas paper and
some new stamps and we made cards together.
They love crafting as much as I do
(and it keeps my mind from wandering too much).
