Apple sauce and berry jam

Today has been a busy day in our home. 
We made apple sauce, red currant and elderberry jam.
We cleaned and prepared the red currant berries
in summer and put them in the freezer. 
We had never done it this way, 
but it worked out really well.


It was hard work (it takes a lot of apples to
fill a glass with apple sauce).
