Rhubarb ready to harvest

The vegetable garden is a lot of work, but it is hard to beat the fresh flavor of vegetables harvested directly from your own garden. It makes me feel very grateful.
All this goes into the freezer in portions of 750 grams for our favorite rhubarb pie.
