It was her 10th birthday and we thought it was time for a big girl party. No paper plates and cups this year, but grandma's tea service and candles.
My husband took the afternoon off, he always
does for birthday parties.
This year I bought the cake and everything else
and nobody noticed (smile).
We always plan a craft project.
Last year we made bracelets, this year they
painted peg dolls.
It was fun!
She was happy.
(girls' parties are definitively a lot
easier than boys' birthday parties).
